Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also included in this recent image release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend labelling distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
